- 8 Red Tractor Chipolata sausages
- 450g Red Tractor potatoes, peeled and diced
- 225g Red Tractor carrots, peeled and diced
- 4 tbsp Red Tractor single cream
- 4tbsp Red Tractor milk
- 200g Red Tractor green beans



Place the sausages on a grill pan and slowly cook for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Meanwhile, boil the potatoes and carrots for 15 minutes or until soft. Drain and place together in a large saucepan. Mash with the cream and milk, season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the mash onto four plates with the sausages and add a splash of gravy if you wish.
