Ingredients

  • 225g Red Tractor gammon steaks
  • 450g Red Tractor asparagus
  • 225g Red Tractor cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 Red Tractor baby gem hearts

  • For the dressing
  • 5tbsp ready prepared light vinaigrette
  • 100g Red Tractor mature Cheddar cheese
  • Red Tractor basil leaves
  • Red Tractor thyme

Grill the gammon steaks for 15 minutes, turning once. Cut into wedges. Sear the asparagus on a ridged griddle pan for 10 minutes.

Toss together, lettuce, quartered tomatoes and gammon.

Drizzle with dressing and serve in bowls with the asparagus. Using a potato peeler create shavings with the cheese and arrange over the salad.
